The service is being built around a simple exchange: choose a direction, see the result, and know what happens to your credits.

Credit purchase

RemodelAI sells credits in one-time packs. One credit is one AI-powered interior or exterior design generation. Credits are non-transferable, belong to the account that bought them, and can be used on PropertySavvy and in the RemodelAI app. There is no recurring subscription.

Credit usage

One credit is taken when a generation starts, and it is returned automatically if the generation fails to produce an image, so only a delivered image costs a credit. Unused credits do not expire. Every generation costs one credit, and the button says so before you press it. Generated images are not stored, so download the ones you want to keep.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A request should include the account email, purchase details, and a short description of the issue. Failed generations and duplicate charges will be investigated and corrected where appropriate. Contact hello@propertysavvy.org.

Changes to this policy

PropertySavvy may update this fulfillment policy as the design service changes. Significant changes will be posted here and, where an account email is available, communicated before they affect an existing credit balance.
