RemodelAI is intended to help you explore and communicate ideas for a remodel. It is a creative planning aid, not a contractor, architect, engineer, appraiser, or source of construction, safety, code, budget, or purchasing advice.

Visuals are suggestions

Any image or direction produced by RemodelAI is an approximation. It may omit structural conditions, utilities, measurements, materials, permits, labor, or costs. Confirm plans with qualified professionals and the applicable local authority before starting work or ordering materials.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and other material you choose to submit, including making sure you have permission to use them and that they do not contain confidential information or another person’s personal information without permission.

No promise of availability

The product may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. We may limit, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect the service or other people using it.
