What RemodelAI receives

RemodelAI needs an account. You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email address, and we keep that email address, your credit balance, and a record of each purchase and each render against it.

When you choose Generate design, the page sends a resized copy of your photo, the space type, the style, the palette, and anything you wrote to the PropertySavvy design service. Until then the photo is only previewed in your browser. Do not upload confidential material or another person’s personal information without permission.

What the page records

Like the rest of PropertySavvy, the page records anonymous, cookieless page views so we can understand whether the site is useful. This may include the page visited, an approximate region, the referring site, and general device and browser type. It is not tied to a name, email address, account, or space image.

Processing and retention

The design service holds your photo and the generated image in memory for the one request and does not save either. That is why the result has to be downloaded from the page: once you leave, we have no copy to give you. What we do keep for each render is the space type, the style name, the mode, the model used, whether it succeeded, and when.

To create the image, your photo and the written direction are passed to a third-party AI model provider. We do not control what that provider does with them, so do not send anything you would not send to one. PropertySavvy does not use your images to train a model.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. We keep the pack bought, the amount, and the Stripe reference.

To delete your account and the records attached to it, email privacy@propertysavvy.org from the address you signed in with.
